Steady support at the side of your bed, made for taller mattresses.
The Wonder Pivot Bed Rail Tall gives you a sturdy handle to hold as you sit up, stand or change position, and a guard rail that helps reduce the risk of rolling out of bed. It's built for thicker mattresses from 8" to 16", including pillow-tops. When you don't need it, the rail swings down and rests against the side of the bed.
The rail fits most traditional beds with a box spring, slats or a non-adjustable platform, and attaches with the included safety strap. To fold down fully, it needs 19" of clearance between the bottom of the mattress and the floor.
Have an adjustable bed? This rail isn't designed for adjustable beds, hospital beds or very soft mattresses. Ask us about the Wonder Click Extendable Bed Rail or the Ultramatic Bed Rail instead.
How much space does it need to fold down?
To fold down and lie flat against the side of the bed, the rail needs 19" between the bottom of the mattress and the floor.
What kinds of beds does it work with?
Most traditional beds with a box spring, platform or slats. It isn't designed for adjustable beds, hospital beds or beds with extra-soft mattresses.
Can I use it on an adjustable bed?
No. For safety reasons, it isn't recommended for adjustable beds. If you have an adjustable base, ask us about the Wonder Click Extendable Bed Rail or the Ultramatic Bed Rail.
What mattress sizes does it fit?
Twin, Full, Double, Queen, King and California King mattresses between 8" and 16" thick. It's designed specifically for pillow-top and extra-thick mattresses.

The Tall fits mattresses up to 16" thick, while the standard model fits mattresses up to 12". The rail lengths and the 300 lb weight capacity are the same.
Is it ASTM certified?
Yes. It has passed ASTM F3186-17, the safety standard for adult portable bed rails, which tests for the risk of falls and entrapment.
