Ultramatic is closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak. Our top priority at the moment is the health and wellbeing of our employees, our customers and their families. We have formed a COVID-19 task force that meets regularly to assess the latest on the outbreak, and to set actions to minimize its disruption on our customers and staff.
Our showrooms and our phone lines are open! Some of our staff is working remotely from home, staying healthy and in constant touch via phone and video with other team members and customers. In fact, for many years, Ultramatic did not have a showroom. We like to think that we are experts at demonstrating and explaining adjustable beds by phone and email. You could say, that we’re “perfectly at home” with this new way of doing business!
We know that our customers are some of the most at-risk in our population. For that reason, we are going above and beyond in keeping our showrooms safe . a) Our showrooms are sanitized three times a day. b) A maximum of two families are allowed in the showroom at a time. c) All visitors are requested to wear a mask d) When trying mattresses, we provide a personal overlay to every customer to provide a safe antimicrobial barrier e) Upon request, we have SleepShield™ Antimicrobial Barriers which can used to separate visitors and beds. Should you need any assistance with your beds, or simply need some suggestions on how to improve your sleep, we are here for you. We have all felt anxious during these trying times, and this can interrupt our regular sleep patterns.
