Most orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours (M-F). Larger orders are made to order and may require a longer lead time of 7-10 business days.

We are happy so far. I was hesitant when people said it didn't make noise, but they were telling the truth. Once it is in place on top of your mattress and under your sheets, you hear nothing. I'm impressed. You can tell it will be water proof, but when it comes to washing be very careful and follow the directions.
