Are massage and heat included?
Yes. Nirvana™ Swedish air massage with far infrared heat comes standard on the Venice.
Is the tray table included?
No. The Venice has a power port for accessories, and the tray table is sold separately. Ask us about adding one to your order.
How much weight does the Venice hold?
It's rated for up to 400 lb.
How much space does it need to recline?
Leave about 25" between the back of the chair and the wall.
What happens if the power goes out?
The Venice has a battery back-up, so you can still bring the chair back to a seated position.
What warranty does it come with?
A lifetime warranty on the frame, lift frame and recline mechanism, 3 years on electrical parts (pro-rated in years 4 to 7), and 1 year on labour and on fabric, foam and pocket coils. A 5-year extended warranty is also available.

All our products are delivered to your door using trained delivery personnel. At this time, we do not ship internationally. We ship our products via FedEx and Canada Post, as well as several third party trucking companies for larger furniture and bedding deliveries.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours (M-F). Larger orders are made to order and may require a longer lead time of 7-10 business days.
