Is Twilight included?
Yes. The Titan comes with Twilight™, so the whole chair can tilt back as one unit to raise your feet above your heart.
Is the tray table included?
No. The Titan has an accessory mount on the arm, and the tray table is sold separately. Ask us about adding one to your order.
How much weight does the Titan hold?
It's rated for up to 375 lb.
How much space does it need to recline?
Leave about 26" between the back of the chair and the wall.
What happens if the power goes out?
The Titan has a battery back-up, so you can still bring the chair back to a seated position.
What warranty does it come with?
A lifetime warranty on the frame, lift frame and recline mechanism, 3 years on electrical parts (pro-rated in years 4 to 7), 3 years on mechanical labour and 1 year on electrical labour. A 5-year extended warranty is also available.

All our products are delivered to your door using trained delivery personnel. At this time, we do not ship internationally. We ship our products via FedEx and Canada Post, as well as several third party trucking companies for larger furniture and bedding deliveries.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours (M-F). Larger orders are made to order and may require a longer lead time of 7-10 business days.
